Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if an item fails to meet your expectations, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully below.

cancel order:

Please note that once your order is placed, processing begins immediately and you have 24 hours to contact our team to cancel your order without paying a restocking fee.

Any unshipped orders (including pre-orders, but excluding custom orders) may be canceled before shipment and receive a full refund. Refunds will be made to the method of payment for the order. If an order is partially filled, any unshipped portion of the order can be canceled free of charge and received a full refund.

Bike return:

You have 7 days from the date you receive your e-bike to qualify for a refund. Bikes must be returned in their original box. Shipping costs for returning the bike are borne by the customer.

You are required to return the e-bike within 7 days of delivery, in the condition it was received and in its original packaging. Once the e-bike is returned to our warehouse we will inspect it and if the e-bike is deemed unsaleable, shows signs of heavy use or tear, or is not in original condition, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

If the package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and videos from as many angles as possible to fully show the damage to the package, and send the photos and videos to us for review and guidance on how to deal with it. If the box arrives damaged, please do not open it until we tell you that you can do so.

Return of parts or accessories:

You have 7 days after delivery to return any unused parts or accessories purchased at the XTTBIKE store https://xttbike.com/. There is no restocking fee, but we do ask that you pay return shipping. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned accessories.

Eligible for return:

This item will take no more than 7 days to arrive.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Returns must be approved by us via a support ticket submitted via the xttbike.com portal
Once the returned bike arrives at our facility and has been fully inspected within 3-5 business days, the refund will be issued to the original card used in the transaction.

Any product that has not been used, damaged or altered in any way and is in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery may be returned. Bicycle parts and accessories that have been installed on your bicycle cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must contain all original packaging and must be in original packaging condition to avoid shipping damage and additional restocking fees. Restocking fees will be deducted from funds returned to your original payment method.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the purpose of the return is for stock trading/resale rather than personal use.

One of our experts will inspect returned items to ensure they meet the standards set out in this Returns and Refunds Policy. Please note that if the item you return does not comply with our returns and refund policy, we will not be able to process a full refund. In this case we will contact you.

We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order if you require any replacement items. All refunds will be made to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse, provided the item has been inspected by our technicians.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping charges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are trying to return
